Nissan's (and Renault's) Brazilian CEO, Carlos Ghosn, is always to looking to push the boundaries of automotive engineering. It would seem that he shares this trait with his engineers.
What can be more innovative and exciting than trying to meld a Nissan Juke and a Nissan GT-R together? This what the Juke-R is all about: the ultimate compact crossover that's packing a 520-hp engine. Shoehorning a VR38DETT and the CBA35's drivetrain into this mini SUV is no mean feat!
Innovative manufacturers like Nissan really make sure that the cars they produce are on top-of-the-line quality. No wonder there are so many satisfied customers and their sales continue to rise in its economy.
Reviews by the motoring press have been generally positive. While some liked the Juke's unusual styling, several noted that it represented a brave design choice by Nissan that could divide the opinions of car buyers. Test drives have provided conflicting reports about the car's ride and handling: the body lean and steering response have each been singled out for praise and criticism in equal measure.
It's hard not to love Nissan right now. The company has shown more testicular fortitude over the past 12 months than nearly every other mainstream automaker combined with additions like the Murano Crosscabriolet and the Nissan Juke.
This blog is primarily about my 2010 Premium UK Spec Nissan R35 GT-R. Its purpose is to keep track of all the modifications that I've done. There will also be entries about tests drives, car club events, best driving roads and general automotive news.
